FLEXIBLE OFFICES
St. Erika provides private team offices in various sizes, which can also be configured as exclusive meeting rooms upon request. With direct access to the community, without the disadvantages of a traditional office: no long-term leases, no overhead, no full-time facilities management. Move-in and the start of operations are possible immediately. The ground floor and first floor offer different atmospheres for different ways of working.
MEETING ROOMS
Fully equipped conference rooms for two to twenty people. Bookable via the coworking software, always with reliable technology, good lighting and the confidence that the connection will hold. Just as suitable for the first conversation with a new investor as for the weekly team stand-up. And for situations when clients from Google or Meta around the corner need a suitable room at short notice: it is already available to book.
WORKSHOP- AND EVENT SPACES
Sometimes an idea needs more space than a meeting room can offer. St. Erika provides spaces for workshops, presentations, product launches and community events. Configurable depending on the format, centrally located, with an address that requires no further explanation. For inviting Munich’s tech community, the right stage is already in place.
CAFÉ
A St. Oberholz without a café is not a St. Oberholz. The café is not an add-on; it is the beating heart of the space. From the first espresso in the morning to the afternoon conversation that turns out to be the most important one of the day. Barista coffee, good food and an atmosphere where even people without a membership end up, and then decide to stay. Evening events are catered as well, and individual menus can be put together for internal sessions.

More than 400 flexible workspaces that adapt to the rhythm of the working day, not the other way around. Whether it is a day pass, a monthly membership or a dedicated desk, St. Erika has the right format available, for freelancers who need to enjoy their coffee in peace as much as for teams looking for a temporary home in Munich. The infrastructure is in place: fast Wi-Fi, ergonomic furniture, lounge areas and spaces to retreat. The rest follows.
COMMUNITY & NETWORK
The most important thing about St. Oberholz has never been the hardware. It has always been the question: who is actually sitting here? Over the course of 20 years, a community has emerged in Berlin that has founded companies, made deals, formed friendships and changed the way people work. St. Erika begins operations with the advantage of not starting from scratch. The Berlin network is moving to Munich with it. The Munich community will grow from day one. Membership includes regular events, informal formats and access to the entire St. Oberholz network, with more than 14 locations.
