The Woldzegarten estate, steeped in history, is getting new owners.

St. Oberholz and COPRO are jointly developing the historic site into a campus where living, working, culture and recreation are combined in a novel way. In the coming months, micro working lofts, new forms of living, a wellness area and coworking spaces will be created. Guests will be catered for with regional sustainable cuisine in the restaurant and café.

The new Gutshof Woldzegarten will be an open place where local as well as urban communities from Berlin and Hamburg come together.

The successful collaboration between St. Oberholz and COPRO is particularly evident in the pioneering Kreuzberg project B-Part Am Gleisdreieck, a laboratory for the ideal urban neighborhood with a public café, coworking workspaces, an outdoor sports park, and multi-functional spaces for art exhibitions and events.

The opening is planned for early 2023.
