To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a permanent or freelance position in Berlin for a:

(Interior) Architect (m/f/d)

We need you for the…

  • Conception and development as well as planning and implementation of innovative working environments (activity-based working) as part of “New Work” projects
  • Determining and compiling customer requirements and carrying out feasibility studies
  • Conception and realization of room planning, taking into account all current standards and guidelines for the design of offices and working environments (ASR, BGI, etc.).
  • Preparation and preparation of drafts and plans (draft plans) incl. material and furniture recommendations, wall and floor design
  • Preparation of budget/cost calculations and schedules
  • Project documentation, structuring and organization
  • Organizing workshops for our customers, including preparation and follow-up work
  • Coordination with facility management, construction experts and framework agreement partners
  • Consultancy activities on the topic of New Work
  • Collaboration in acquisition activities as well as preparation and coordination of offers
  • Experience in artistic management is not a must, but a plus

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed studies in architecture / interior architecture or interior design or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in building conception, spatial planning and design with project management experience
  • Knowledge of modern working environments and expertise in new work, activity-based working and participative interior design
  • Combination of strategic, structured idea generation and needs-orientated translation of the client’s respective corporate culture into the space or architecture
  • Strong conceptual skills, high standards of creativity and design
  • Organized way of working in terms of processes, preparation and follow-up of workshops
  • Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with facility management, clients and service providers
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations and legal standards / knowledge of local building regulations, development plans and other applicable laws
  • Technical drawing skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack and software/CAD programmes such as AutoCAD, VectorWork, Adobe Creative Suite
