What costs should owners expect?
The basic costs for the development of the area and for digitization amount to 10 to 15 euros per square meter, depending on the cost of the development.
How much do owners earn?
All revenues generated from the space, whether rent or membership fees, are paid to the landlords. St. Oberholz receives a profit share of 25% on all sales. Service charges and operating costs are excluded from this and are shown separately.
